Rapid and unprecedented changes have been unfolding over the past few weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic - multiple international travel bans and the need for social distancing. All immigration-related agencies including the Department of State, USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, and DOL have been impacted. These agencies have been making accommodations and issuing notices on a daily basis, creating havoc for travelers, immigration attorneys, and their clients.
This course, led by Matthew Blaisdell, Valentine Brown, and Christian Park will provide an update on the latest information from these agencies on the travel bans and their exceptions, immigration practice, filing of applications, court appearances and court filings, meeting deadlines, the H-1B lottery, Premium Processing, and many more.
